Aims and Scope
The workshop objective is to present and discuss current achievement in the fields of the General Information Theory.

Papers
Papers accepted by the Program Committee will be published in KDS proceedings.
The Program Committee will recommend the accepted papers in English for free publishing in the International Journal on Information Theories and Applications (IJ ITA).
For this purpose, please follow the IJ ITA requirements for manuscripts.
Language
The official languages of the Workshop are English, Russian and Bulgarian.

March 15, 2005 - notification of acceptance
April 15, 2005 - registration fee and hotel reservations
